Consciemment ou non, on prend des décisions à tout moment. La vie est tissée d'une multitude de choix, et chacun d'entre eux modifie imperceptiblement le cours de notre existence. C'est un fait qu'il ne faut pas perdre de vue quand on veut apprendre à décider à bon escient.

Mais peut-être êtes-vous déjà engagé sur une voie dont vous ne savez comment vous écarter, ou immobilisé à un carrefour, sans savoir quelle direction prendre. A moins que vous n'avanciez tête baissée en suivant les autres, sans plus apercevoir les signaux situés au bord de la route.

Choisir est une composante dynamique de l'existence. La juxtaposition des décisions prises par un individu tisse la trame de son existence. En sachant les contrôler, vous pourrez donner à votre vie une forme personnelle.
